Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Accountable for performance of the sales team (7 КАМ) on assigned territory, striving to exceed agrees sales and market share targets.
• Establishing business relationships with key opinion leaders, regional administration
• Accountable to maintain growth of market share in respective region for respective products
• Lead, motivate, develop, train and coach the sales team in order to deliver performance targets
• Accountable for continuous improvement of team selling skills and product knowledge.
• Accountable for collaboration with marketing/ product managers and medical advisers
